This is a hibachi-style restaurant. You sit around a giant griddle, a waitress will take your drink orders, and then what you want to eat. Everybody pretty much orders something that's going to be cooked on the large griddle in front of you. That is why most people come here. Family did hibachi for our daughter's graduation celebration (as per her request). Food was delicious, hibachi chef was fun and did all the cool tricks. We had all the hibachi menu cooked and then shared. Steak, chicken, seafood was all cooked to perfection. Our plant based eaters had their food cooked first, so no cross-contamination. Definitely going back. This is a crowd fav.
