Small place. Always open. What fast food SHOULD taste like. The fries are thin, crunchy, and salty. 5x better than McFries. The burgers are phenomenal. The shakes are phenomenal. And they even cater to vegans lol. Top 2 late night Troy restaurants.

I go to the Guilderland location. burgers, fries, shakes cookies are awesome. Just had the new chicken sandwich and it was dynamite (really really good). thank you E for recommending it.

Herbie’s has great burgers, shakes, and fries. I recommend getting the cheeseburger with the nerdy sauce. The fries are very indulgent as well but very good. You need to get them with cheese to make it worthwhile. They are very friendly, and service is pretty fast. Love it here!

Vegetarian options: Try the portabella mushroom burger

Parking: Street parking can be hit or miss
