DO NOT GET SUSHI HERE! SUSHI was soggy and chewy. We took one bite and threw the rest out. Looks and smells like its been sitting out forever. Waste of $60

Ichiban always goes above and beyond truly. Anytime I order takeout they give the biggest portions... like completely full to the brim. And it's always so yummy. Fav Chinese place in Albany for sure.

I placed an order With Doordash. The dasher never gave me my food. I reordered my food and it came but the food was OLD. I am very very disappointed in my experience as a whole and disappointed with the restaurant because I called them and told them I was going to re order and they made the sushi with OLD stuff. I do not recommend at all

My husband and I decided to take my parents here from out of town for a nice dinner. MISTAKE. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and then we waited 45 minutes for our food and it wasn't busy. Sushi, and hibachi all came out at the same time and totally COLD. We are never ones to complain, but we politely asked to have our food remade. The manager comes over and actually bends down to get in my face and was so unbelievably RUDE. If you want hibachi stick to Kani House. Maybe a less nice atmosphere, but at least you won't have to deal with horrendous service.

Lady charged me $5 thinking I wouldn't notice. When I called her out on it, after 5 minutes of her arguing that she didn't charge anything extra, she offered me free egg rolls if I'd drop it, I said it's principle of it! She then admitted after like 15 min on phone that she charged the extra money because the dish we ordered we'd asked for only onions and no other vegetables, and so she said she'd charged extra for the added one extra onion they had to put in, can't make this stuff up! You'd think she'd lower it lol since we did want any vegetables which are obviously more costly than little old regular onions! Restaurants are price gouging left and right thinking customers don't check their bill etc.
