Ordered $70 worth of food for pick up. I requested green onions in my hot and sour soup. There was 2 slices. When I went in to confront the owner about it. She showed me a container full of MSG and sparse green onions. Stating that they do not charge extra. Couldn't find a container. I said forget it andedt. Got home to my daughter finding a gelly like substance in her chow mien. Photo attached. They do not care about customer satisfaction only about the money.
The only place open late for Chinese food so happily drove from Clifton Park. Delicious food although ordering online was a tad confusing as I thought I ordered the udon noodle dinner and it ended up being a soup which was still good. Would order
Ichiban always goes above and beyond truly. Anytime I order takeout they give the biggest portions... like completely full to the brim. And it's always so yummy. Fav Chinese place in Albany for sure.
