Ichiban always goes above and beyond truly. Anytime I order takeout they give the biggest portions... like completely full to the brim. And it's always so yummy. Fav Chinese place in Albany for sure.
My husband and I decided to take my parents here from out of town for a nice dinner. MISTAKE. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and then we waited 45 minutes for our food and it wasn't busy. Sushi, and hibachi all came out at the same time and totally COLD. We are never ones to complain, but we politely asked to have our food remade.
