She even brought a strawberry as a little gift for our daughter, which was such a sweet gesture. The food was fresh and very tasty. “Ordered food delivered for five people this evening. Selections were cold, sesame noodles, shrimp, eggroll, eggplant, garlic sauce, sesame, tofu, vegetable mushu, shrimp, chow mein, and vegetable fried rice. Everything arrived hot and I think they are now my favorite take out Chinese in the area. Normally eggplant and garlic sauce is dripping with oil. This was not. Ditto for the tofu. There are slight extra charges for things such as putting egg in the vegetable fried rice, but it is made the way we asked it to be made, and the delivery was quick and accurate. much better than using an online ordering app. I think the restaurant makes it better with direct ordering and we did too. This will be our go to rather than the two or three others in the immediate area.“

“I've ordered from this place multiple times through Uber Eats and have had a good experience majority of the time. I just never left a review until now. I try to NEVER order from a place that's about to close in less than an hour, but my food still arrived hot, fresh & correctly. Not that anyone should start ordering at the last minute, but i didnt want to order from the other Chinese spots and not like it so I ordered from them. (My usual delivery place). “Back in town and staying at the Hilton by the airport. Craving Chinese but lacking the local knowledge of what’s good, I rolled the dice on Great Ming’s Wok and hit the jackpot.

One time, I temporarily misplaced my wallet (down the chute in between the door and car seat) and they still let me have my food order with the promise of paying the next day. Food is great; a variety of veggies like zucchini for vegetarians. It's flavorful, sauses aren't overly corn starched. “Fast delivery, especially for a Saturday. Lunch specials are generous. To the people who say the tariffs made their price to high, new no 1 has lower prices than many others in the area.
The fried rice was great in my lunchtime order, definitely not dry.
I won't name names, but I see reviews that have 1 star on atmosphere, appeared to have been delivery. Maybe you meant your own space (where you consumed the food) has a terrible atmosphere?

I also won't name my regular Chinese restaurant's name either, it is safe to say that I now have switched to new. No 1

“Albany Buffet is a wonderful Chinese buffet. There is a good variety of food, generally decent quality, the cost is very reasonable, and overall a good value. I'd much rather go here than to some of the fancier Chinese buffets in the area which are overly expensive and the food quality is mediocre. This a great place to go where there is something for everyone.“
