“From my 9 year old: This is the best place in the city, EVER. I love it so much, the food is so good and the people are so nice. It has a perfect name complimented by the water feature in the lobby. I would rate it one thousand million stars if I could. The staff is genuine and warm, just the best. I wish there were more places like this.“
“This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Albany. Each dish that I’ve tried has been delicious. We go here regularly when our family is in town because they always request to eat here. Their offerings are authentic flavored to perfection!“
“Beautiful restaurant with great food amazing atmosphere and great service . Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly, the manager was really nice too . we highly recommend P.F. Chang’s. Great place for family and friends or if you just wanna take a quick bite.“
“I’m a truck driver passing through Albany NY. Stopped at this place and ordered Lo Mein with Chicken and Beef. The food turned out amazing. The best lo mein I have ever had. On top of that, their service was really great. Nice people. Definitely recommend this “
“I usually order from Chinese sit down restaurants because I've had bad experiences with some Chinese take out spots. But this place is the expectation!I was blown away by the general saus chicken, crab rangoons, and boneless spare ribs. Everything was super fresh and quality. The ideal Chinese take out spot. The classic style, at a good price, with more quality then other places. I don't even mind driving out of town for it.Kid-friendliness: YesParking: Plaza parking on the side“
“This Chinese Northern Eastern style restaurant is generally rated 4.5 stars, and being in Albany bumps it up to 5 stars.Must-try: five-color Chinese salad (五彩大拉皮)Recommendation: fried eggplant with minced pork (肉沫茄子) and the stir-fried taro with sugar coat (翻沙芋头).Food: I've visited twice and tried the five-color Chinese salad, fried eggplant with minced pork, stir-fried taro with sugar coat, stewed baby chicken with Chinese mushrooms (小鸡炖蘑菇), and stewed pork bones with bean sauce (酱大骨). The five color salad is a delightful mix of mung bean noodles, vegetables, and a standout sauce. The "mino" (a traditional Chinese raincoat makes out of straw) eggplant dish showcases the chef's skill, with the eggplant sliced thinly and connected. The sugar-coated taro was surprisingly good, tastier than the candied version. While the stewed pork bones with bean sauce and stewed baby chicken were decent, the pork bones are not leg bones and the chicken portion in the soup was small.Note: They offer a discount for cash payments.Parking: free parking in the plaza parking lot.“
“It's takeout Chinese, nothing fancy, but the egg rolls are always crispy and I am impressed that they seem to use fresh vegetables in their dishes. I got the cashew shrimp recently and it was loaded with fresh chopped zucchini and carrots, versus other places where it's just a handful of celery and pre-frozen diced carrots.“
“This is where my partner and I went on our first date and where we just went for Valentine's Day. It is a great place with excellent food and service. And very reasonably priced. We will keep coming back to celebrate special occasions. The rose was a nice touch.“
“This place is great, best Chinese takeout in the area, probably the cap region. Its pricier, but the quality is there, you can taste the difference. Their food is real, not fakey msg frozen tasting. There is nothing to compare it to in the area. Everyone please try it out, I want it to last! Try the chicken anything, and you will see/taste the difference, its real sliced chicken, like you would make yourself!“
“Absolutely love them here! My family will frequently request a visit to the mall food court solely for the purpose of grabbing a delicious meal here! The ladies who are usually at the counter are always super friendly and always greet us with a smile! My son refuses to eat Chinese food anywhere but here and is always his 1st choice!“
“Mala Fish Slices Rice Noodles: Very generous portions with the perfect amount of spiciness, lots of vegetables & noodles and the soft fish fillets paired perfectly with the broth. The Taiwanese fried chicken was also a 10/10! They somehow fried the chicken flawlessly with the appropriate amount of crunchiness and seasoning. It tasted good alone and with the sauce (I think it was sweet chili?) provided as well. I wish I had a photo of it, but I stomach got to it before my camera.“
