“Great food and staff. My chief complaint was the bathroom. With only having 2 stalls, it is already small for how busy the restaurant became. 1 of the 2 stalls was out of order. After mentioning this to a staff member, i went back to my table. Upon using the restroom before leaving, now both stalls where out of toilet paper and when i mentioned this to staff, i was laughed at, as if toilet paper is optional. Didnt love that.“
“I love this place only been here twice but it would definitely return when I'm in the area. The two delicious dishes I had I would definitely get it again. The server at the counters that her name is Jeep she's very very nice. I highly recommend this place.“
“This is the best sushi restaurant in the area. I have had sushi in Vancouver BC and this sushi is as fresh and top quality . It is fresh, generous portions and staff is over the top accommodating. “My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and the food was amazing. We ordered a couple of appetizers, all of which were very tasty. Especially the egg rolls. I had a couple sushi rolls and my boyfriend got the honey chicken. Service was great and food came out fast. Reasonable prices. We will definitely be going back soon!“

“Always great food at Hana's..easy to get to and plenty of parking. Sat at the bar and took advantage of their happy hour and ordered the Avocado Roll and money bags which is their version of crab rangoon...both were excellent. Then had the filet hibachi..cooked perfectly and wonderful flavor and good price for the amount of food you get. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they offer a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. Just wish the bar was a bit larger..gets full quickly on busy nights.“

“First time here and the food was delicious although there was one worker at the restaurant. it took a bit for the food and everything to come out. The atmosphere is nice and the menu is huge which I don't mind. The tea should have been served in tea cups not glass cups. Keep up the good work. It's a new sushi restaurant so it will take time for them to improve. Come on in and try them out.“

“It's pretty expensive, but quite good!! They don't have combination meals, so a General Tso's Chicken with fried Rice is about $20 dollars. But there is almost no filler in the General Tso's, mostly chicken! And excellent flavor!! My daughter loves the veggie lo mein, and we both enjoy the avocado cucumber rolls.“
“Been coming here and ordering take out for the last three years I’ve been in the area. I’ve never been disappointed. Sushi is fresh always and the hibachi is great. The staff is really attentive and friendly too. I would recommend the teriyaki lunch specials or any of the special rolls. The udon bowls are great too.“

“BEST all you can eat sushi in Albany. Most people know other restaurants for their all you can east sushi but Ruby City is way way better. Appetizers are included in the all you can eat, the sushi are big!, the lighting is nice, the decorations are lovely, it’s clean, the service is amazing, and the most importantly the food is sooo good.
