“Bua Thai & Sushi is hands down my husband’s and my favorite place to eat. The food is consistently fresh, and the portions are generous, ensuring we leave satisfied every time. The owner, Lex, is incredibly friendly and always makes a point to check in with us, ensuring everything is perfect, which it always is.

The wait staff and chef is just as hospitable, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The restaurant itself is spotless – cleanliness is a top priority for us, and Bua exceeds our expectations. My husband always opts for the sashimi and often takes home one of their delicious Thai soups. As for me, I love the orange chicken box because it offers a variety of options that never disappoint.

“Service was great! Ordered sweet potato rolls (soooo good crunch and texture and flavor) and vegetarian sushi burrito with cucumber tofu skin and carrots and mango sauce! Really good combination. Response time was within 10 minutes for main dishes, vegetable spring rolls (they are under entrees and go by a different name) took about 5-7 mins (extremely hot)“

The owners (husband and wife) are incredibly kind, hardworking people, and I love supporting a small local business like theirs. “Food is great and service is great. The only issue I have is your gift card policy between Albany and Saratoga. I’ve had family be told you can use a gift card at either location and I have been told it must be used where it was purchased? My parents bought a gift card at the Albany location for my wife and I. The back of the card had Saratoga on it. Thankfully, we presented the gift card receipt after being told we could only use it in Saratoga when the receipt showed it was purchased in Albany. Thankfully, the server and the manager didn’t give up on the situation and were able to manually enter the card number in despite the magnetic strip on the card not working. Bravo to them! However, the only gift cards you are able to purchase in Albany say Saratoga on the back. So if you have a gift card, you better bring a gift card receipt or you may not be able to use it. I hope you guys look at the policy. My only negative. Other than that sushi is fresh and quick and great service !“

“Fantastic, delicious and very fresh! They use the bare minimum rice in their sushi rolls which is perfection for someone like me who is watching their carbs. The freshest, best sushi in all of Saratoga County. We come from Saratoga Springs because it's better than any place else.“

“I ordered the shumai, miso soup, and a mixed variety of sushi for takeout. It travelled well, and my only regret is that I wish I ordered a few more pieces of sushi. Not that I was left hungry... Surprisingly well-presented for takeout food.“
