It took 35 minutes to order and get my 1/2,avocado with raw(not noted on menus the raw part),& I never got the glass of water I requested twice. Avocado salad is 1/2an avocado. $8 for that with a few pieces of raw salmon in it. If you have more than an hour (at least) for a meal,& no budget, this is the place for you. Fantastic, delicious and very fresh! They use the bare minimum rice in their sushi rolls which is perfection for someone like me who is watching their carbs. The freshest, best sushi in all of Saratoga County. We come from Saratoga Springs because it's better than any place else.
