We enjoyed every bite. The chef was lovely the wait staff and bartender were fantastic. I food was too notch you have never had perfect sushi until you've dined here. The sauces and toppings made each bite memorable. The pricing was what I believe to be on par for the dining experience and quality. We did the reserve 17course and it was worth every penny. The small dining and watching him make the dishes were a great experience! We will be back. The drinks were delicious as well!
It was my first time dining at Sushi by Bou, and my first omakase experience, but it was truly unforgettable. Every bite was exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared, courtesy of Chef Carl. Nicole and Amanda were also fantastic hosts who made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend dining at Sushi by Bou Albany, and I can't wait to come back again soon!
This was one of several visits I've made to By Bou, and it continues to impress. Sushi chef Roupan was exceptional—friendly, highly skilled, and respectful. His attention to detail and craftsmanship made the dining experience truly memorable. We will certainly be back to enjoy the delicious, incredibly fresh fish again.
