The food is consistently well prepared and thoroughly enjoyed by my family and I. We are a picky bunch. Capitol House is our go-to delivery Chinese restaurant. If there is a better Chinese restaurant in Albany, I have not encountered it. Egg rolls, fried rice, chow mein (onions/celery/cabbage in a clear sauce with crispy fried noodles on the side; not that greasy pasta dish some restaurants sell as "chow mein"), General Tso's, fried chicken wings...all highly recommended. It's the quickest and least expensive lunch in Albany. Service is fast. Ambiance is what you want from a Chinese restaurant. Ever been in a Panda Express? They stink. Just go here and get the express lunch - always consistent, always good.

Dissatisfied with the food. Mushy general tso's with no flavor. Fried dumplings were odd and disappointing. The egg rolls were passable? With so many better options in the area I would not recommend this place.
