“This place is amazing. The man working the counter was so friendly and accommodating. The food was some of the best Chinese I’ve had and I eat Chinese food a lot. I got the bourbon chicken and my husband did the beef and broccoli. The egg rolls are big and delicious. If I’m ever in the area again I will be back.“

“The food was good but the service was awful. This was our first time here and we drove an hour to come. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and then of course got our own food since it's a buffet. On our way out, the owner came up to us and said how was my girl (waitress)? We said good everything was good. he said then why didn't you leave a tip? We paid enough for our food and all they did was bring us a drink with no refills. I'm sorry but maybe you should pay your waitresses enough because tipping isn't necessary at a buffet.“

Was a little worried about this being my Friday dinner pick, given the mixed reviews, but my worries were for naught as my meal turned out pretty amazing.

Ordered over the phone, a little difficult as there was no menu online (I added some now), going with the combo dish General Tso's Chicken and an order of Crab Rangoon, coming to ten cents under $23.

Took 15 minutes, the perfect amount of time to drive up the hill to the location, where pickup was easy and I was out the door and back home with my order soon after.

I could already tell by the heft of the bag, but opening everything up I confirmed even the combo platter was quite large. Already looking well worth the asking price, as it came with a generous portion of chicken, fried rice, an egg roll, and some very filled crab rangoon. I was honestly worried I would not finish it all, but like Subaru looking into the eyes of Gluttony, before I knew it I had eaten the whole thing and didn't feel overly full.

It all went down so easily! The chicken was soft and spicy sweet, the rice was perfectly cooked, the eggroll wasn't super greasy, and the crab rangoon was just the right proportions of filling to fried shell. Very impressive.

Glad to have added this spot to my continuing journey to visit every restaurant in Amsterdam, no matter how big or small.“
