I ordered the ultimate Italian. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told that they had no ham and bacon for the sandwich. I worked with the sandwich maker, and replace the missing parts with roast beef and turkey. Let me say that the sandwich was very good. You could taste the salami, and the roast beef, and all of the vegetables are fresh. Service was very good,. The only thing, was that it was a little cold inside the restaurant. This location goes above and beyond. We ordered from them earlier today a decent size order, well the Uber driver opened the bag and stole some of the subs. I after calling and having a very well received conversation with the manager very kind lady I went up and picked up the missing subs. We both contacted Uber customer support hopefully this driver gets 86'd this way no one else orders gets stolen. Apparently this has been an ongoing issue with this specific delivery driver....
This is my first time I went to this place! I'm so I happy my stomach led me here! My spicy Italian sandwich was absolutely delicious especially the bread! The service was fast and friendly! The tables hadn't been cleaned yet because there was only 2 staff and they're were dealing with the lunch crowd but I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
