The subway isn't open to the public. You have to be in the hospital.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway inside Albany Medical Hospital (Store #67041) around 12:55 PM. The employee who started preparing my sandwich selected bread that had been resting against the wall. Because the wall appeared dirty, I politely asked if he could replace it with a clean piece of bread. They make everything before time & leave it there for so much time that the food is either chewy or gross by the time you pick it up. It’s always the same with them. Awful!
