The two men that work there are the most helpful! I had my child on my hip and the guy at the counter carried my food for me. The other gentleman cleaned my spot for me. They’re always helpful any time I go there and interact positively with the customers.
This Panera location is very busy, so be prepared for a long wait at lunch time. They also often get orders wrong. The worst part for me is the salads! I don't know what kind of lettuce they're using, might be Iceberg lettuce, but the salads are horrible here. I am speaking as a Panera member and regular customer.
Cheyenne is a rockstar. She does an incredible job of directing employees while also maintaining a good environment.
I also liked seeing what appears to be a store manager (suit) helping behind the line when they are short handed or busy.
