I had ordered a balsamic chicken salad with grains for lunch. Upon opening my salad I found a long, dark curly hair. The manager handled the situation and I was able to get a refund.

Walked in with my daughter while visiting the hospital, have never been to a Panera before, ordered a macaroni and cheese for my daughter, and they served this tiny cup, literally the size of a fancy feast cat food can, and wanted to charge $8 for it with a straight face, I'm not exaggerating at all, fold a dollar bill in half and that was about how wide the cup was, and about an inch deep... EIGHT DOLLARS FOR 2 BITES!!! I refused to pay that much for such a ridiculously small portion, canceled the remainder of the order while they were making it and walked out, never seen such a massive rip off before, it was the equivalent of paying $30 for a Big Mac.

I visited this branch last night and had an excellent experience. It was late in the evening and there was hardly any customers.Ordered the soup with bread, a sandwich, and pizza, and overall, I liked all the food. Will return.The staff was courteous and I was served in a timely manner. 5/5 from me.
Somebody made this and actually thought it was reasonable. Possibly the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had.

I went there with my family we were not from around there, we looked for a place to eat. I have a 4 year old. While we sat at the table a person start yelling at us ( I would say she belongs in a psych unit!) but she start swearing and show me and my family with my son there the finger! While no one from Paneras try to stop that! Well that being said I will never ever go back there! My son didn’t have to witness that and your staff didn’t even care to tell her to leave!

I love coming to this Panera's. Yeah the service is very quick and accurate and very nice. The food is well done even though they put tomatoes on my sandwich but that's besides the point great service great food.

The two men that work there are the most helpful! I had my child on my hip and the guy at the counter carried my food for me. The other gentleman cleaned my spot for me. They’re always helpful any time I go there and interact positively with the customers.

Was evacuated from my building because of a gas leak. Hilton fell through but Panera bread were real champs as I waited there for hours after I explained the situation

Walked in today and was greeted very professional and to be honest I was shocked your employee Belit I believe is his name was ..is a great worker to have work for you business! I thought he was the boss but he said he was just an employee!!! He needs a raise and a promotion because I’m only coming back to get treated with the busy customer service I’ve seen in a while!!!! Great Job!
