Waited 35 mins for a mobile order of a flat white. Two other mobile orders before me were still waiting as well. Once we started questioning this he said it would be another 7 to 10 mins. because he had more in store orders that came in in the last 5 to 10 mins. Never got my coffee or money back. VERY POOR SERVICE.
