I love dunkin donuts! however while visiting in Albany I stopped in 1066 Madison for some bagels and coffee and encountered the most horrible experience I have ever had at a dunkin! the staff was horrible, order was incorrect, chocolate had coffee in it, latte tasted awful, staff had an attitude entire time. I will never go there again when visiting my daughter at college of st rose.
This place cost me a good pair of socks. Apparently it's a BYOTP location.
