Everything is pretty good but they close sooooo early, even on the weekends. People drink coffee, tea and smoothies after 3pm, believe it or not
Never had a bad coffee or bad experience here. The seasonal options are always a hit (see the Elvis Special in my photo). Sad to be leaving Albany and won't be able to come as often. Would recommend this over any chain.
cute lark street outpost of a local chain inside the former cafe hollywood. bonus points in my book for incorporating the kitschy decor of the earlier occupants. delicious maple latte!

Stacks Espresso Bar offers a cozy atmosphere with delicious pastries and good coffee. While some experienced a mix-up with their orders and odd service, others praised the friendly staff. The Americano is a favorite, and extending hours would be a plus. The Stacks Lark location is a cute and cozy spot to chat with friends and do some work. Customers enjoyed the seasonal Sapsucker latte and the pumpking king hot chocolate. The baristas are kind, patient, and make delicious drinks. There's a lot of cute merch and local art for purchase as well. Overall, Stacks Espresso Bar is a coffee shop worth another visit.
