I submitted a mobile order and pulled up to the drive-thru to pick it up. It was just a sandwich, 2 sides, a drink, and a dessert... Nothing spectacular or custom. After pulling up to the window the server asked me to pull forward to the door and they will bring it out to me. The problem is is where I was asked to pull forward my vehicle was still in the way which resulted in multiple other vehicles honking and me attempting to maneuver in a very small parking lot out of their way. After 20 minutes of waiting I go inside the store to ask what is taking so long and they pull my order out of a warming box and hand it to me. This was supposed to be a drive-thru and it was supposed to be delivered to me when it was ready... Not left to get lukewarm in a box. After getting my stuff going back to my vehicle and exiting the premises... I discovered that they gave me the wrong size drink and completely omitted a side. Worst fast food experience in a long time. Do better.

I ordered a big 16 piece bucket of chicken. The girl that took my order was very professional, very patient, she made me feel welcome. The food was brought out to me very quickly. Great experience overall.

It took 45 minutes to get 2 three piece meals. When I took one of them out of the bag, the bottom of the box fell apart because it was wet from the amount of grease inside of it and all the food fell out. Thankfully, I was at a table and wasn't in a car or outside somewhere. I couldn't imagine waiting another hour just to eat. I understand being busy, and I understand waiting, but almost an hour for six pieces of chicken is outrageous.

Night manager needs to be fired. Even in fast food restaurants never in my life have I experienced such blatantly RUDE and dismissive behavior. My friend placed a mobile pickup order for us just before 10 pm last night, and they were supposed to be open until 11. When we get there, an employee ends up informing us that they closed the store early due to running out of food, and said he would have the manager come speak with us about how to solve the issue since we had already paid. 25 MINUTES later, a woman walks past the open doorway to the kitchen and sees us waiting outside. Instead of coming out to greet us and asking how she can help, she looks at one of her employees inside and says LOUD & clear, “I’m going to close the door so they can’t stare at us”. From the doorway without even saying anything else she then yells at us “we don’t have any more food!” My friend calmly explained how we weren’t looking for food at this point but simply our money back. She continues to cut my friend off as she’s speaking and says there’s nothing she can do about it, her systems are shut off already, etc etc… She also gave no alternative solutions; my friend asked her what she should do since she’s supposedly not able to process the refund and she had absolutely no answer. My friend asks if she should just call customer service since the app wasn’t working either and she goes “yeah I guess try that”. How are you the manager and don’t know how to MANAGE these situations? Insane. Literally have never witnessed someone be so disrespectful towards someone else while being absolutely unprovoked. Again; we were calm, spoke to her with decorum and patience, and simply questioned what our next steps would be. We came out with no resolution after wasting almost 30 minutes just sitting there waiting and were met with a nasty attitude. Disgusting.
