Placed a mobile order and had the alert it was done 5 minutes later. Spent 25 minutes in the store waiting for it to be finished. Chicken sandwich was cold, served my mac and cheese on wax paper. Didn't even put a spork or sauces in the bag. $25.00 worth of garbage. I should of known just walking in it would be bad. Employees too worried about gossiping and rapping in the air pods to even care about the customer. Never again.

Don't know why overall rating is what it is. Some complain no matter what. Our visits have always been outstanding, warming with effective and efficient service. Go grab a bite it's still the COLONEL SANDERS SECRET RECIPE NO MATTER WHAT.

I stopped by the Central Avenue KFC Friday, 14 Feb for a late lunch, about 2:30pm in Albany before returning home. I'll admit to being a fan of Popeye's chicken, but I was very much impressed with both the quality AND quantity of the food compared to Popeye's. There was only one person ahead of me, and I placed the order at the kiosk. The total for the 3 piece combo meal came to about $13.50, fully 3 dollars less than I paid for a smaller 3 piece order at Popeye's, also there was close to twice as much chicken. Since the wait was short, the chicken, two breasts, and a wing was piping hot when I received it -- actually too hot to handle, as were the mashed potatoes. The Original Recipes breasts were plump and succulent. It was a fabulous lunch. Before departing I decided to wash my hands in the restroom. Regrettably, there was NO hot water, which seems like a public health problem. I'd strongly recommend the KFC manager add hot water to the restrooms before the next visit by the Health Department. Otherwise it was a great dining experience.

I had a medium expectations since the other location in Schenectady is absolute trash. This location I ordered and paid at the window was not provided a receipt but was told to pull up and wait for food. After waiting 15 minutes without anyone coming I drove back through the line to have to ask for the 8 piece meal I already paid for and to be asked if I had a receipt. They eventually did give me my food after speaking to three different people. The food was cold and once re heated was absolutely tasteless and was shorted 2 pieces of chicken. I know this is a fast food chain but damn all customer service and quality is going to shit

The bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the store opean the best thing about the food was the biscuits the chicken was under cooked it was eating raw meat my stomach is hurting me as I'm writing this I knew kfc is bad but I didn't think it would be that bad I'm not going back

I had the absolute worst experience at KFC today. From start to finish, the service was a complete disaster. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, only to be told to park and wait even longer after placing my order. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in my car without any updates. Frustrated, I decided to go inside to see what was going on, only to wait another 10 minutes in the lobby.

What made matters worse was that the lobby was full of other angry customers who were all dealing with the same issue—waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour for their orders. No staff member bothered to address anyone in the lobby or offer any kind of explanation or apology. It was clear they were overwhelmed, but the lack of communication and respect for customers' time was unacceptable.

Eventually, everyone started demanding refunds because the wait was getting ridiculous. Only then did the staff seem to care, and instead of resolving the situation properly, they rushed to hand out orders. There was no apology or acknowledgment of how poorly the situation was handled.

This is, without a doubt, the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. Waiting nearly an hour for a simple order is completely unacceptable, and the lack of professionalism and customer service made it even worse. KFC needs to take a serious look at their staffing and management because this is not how customers should be treated. I’ll think twice before returning to this location, if ever.

P.s: the food was cold, the drink was wrong, and when I asked for mashed potatoes they didn't even acknowledge me.

The staff are very rude and inattentive. I came there for a pickup and waited 30 mins for a sandwich combo while everyone else came and got their food. And every time I asked the cashier she kept telling me to wait and not giving any valid reason why it took so long

We placed an order, over $100. We got the food 2 hours later and only 1/3 of the order was there. They refused to refund all of our money. Will not order from them again!!! Oh and the phone number is no longer in service!
