Yet another treasure on Delaware Avenue. Didn’t know I was a huge fan of empanadas until yesterday. Wow!
Empanadas we’re good. Prices were fine. Service could be better. But I’m all about roadside in Mexico empanadas so worked out fine :)
The food is filling and satisfying, we go here often and haven't been disappointed yet. I always get the Tuca Tuca and rice and beans, sometimes I'll get the Arroz empanada, but the Tuca Tuca is by far my favorite. I definitely recommend trying this place out sooner rather than later as they are closing down in September to retire and enjoy life. I hope they consider putting out a La Empanada Llama cookbook, so that they can continue to share their delicious food with the community!
