Great place with a great crew. Staff was very knowledgeable about the beer and cocktail selection, with indoor and outdoor seating. Lovely!

One of my favorite places to go in Albany. Morgan is amazing!!And now for the bad news- the manager during the St Patrick’s day event on Saturday 3/16/24 was extremely rude and has soured my thoughts on the place. He was condescending and rude without any provocation.I will not let one person’s actions to taint my thoughts about the place overall, but people should be aware of his arrogance

Perfect location and the vibe is amazing! Open sides when the weather is nice, great atmosphere, outside patio with lots of seating. Craft beers on tap, bartenders are friendly even when it's busy, and believe me it gets busy! Special shoutout to Alex for making the *best* drinks to preference. New to the area and this is easily my favorite spot.

I went early on a Friday night in February, and I was very glad that there was an outdoor tent, even if it was cold, because I didn't really want to be inside. The indoor space is a little awkward and the music choices were not my favorite. Lots of pop country (later in the night it switched up a bit). Also, kinda too well lit for the vibe the bar had? I feel like this is a place I'd want to go to on a nice, warm day, maybe? But it didn't do it for me on a weekend evening. Shane, one of the bartenders, was a super nice guy, and very professional, so he is absolutely a gem, they're lucky to have him.

Serving a Guinness in a plastic cup is sacrilegious, any serious bar owner would understand this..

Wheelchair accessibility: The interior is spacious and navigable but the seating is not actually accessible- it is all high top except for a coffee table and there is no accessible section of the bar.

I have been to Lionheart on Madison Ave. multiple times. I enjoy my time there. Decided to try this new location. Upon arrival, I took a seat at the bar and patiently waited for a bartender to take my order. Despite the fact that the establishment wasn't particularly busy, I was surprised that the bartender walked by me multiple times without any interaction or acknowledgment. After waiting for a frustrating 10 minutes, she finally approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. While the interior ambience of the new location was decent, the overall service was far from satisfactory. I hope they can improve their service quality in the future.

Was driving through town and needed to grab a burger. After perusing the bars around the area I settled in on Lionheart. Primarily because the other bars appeared to be serving dry, frozen burgers. Or that's how it appeared in their pics. Lionheart's (smashed) burgers looked a little more greasy, a little tastier and more authentic. So glad I made the right choice, the burgers were excellent and under $6. Cant wait to return!

Been here twice, both times the bar tenders have been great people, good selection of alcohol, and good bar food too. It's also nice being able to pick up and play the yard games, even during the

I recently moved to Albany, and had driven by this location a few times, and got a good vibe from it. I finally had the chance to stop by after a music rehearsal nearby, and the guy at the door told me I couldn’t come in because of the pants I was wearing lol. I found this ridiculously pretentious for a bar in the middle of a warehouse district, and I will likely not visit this place again. I haven’t been turned away from a bar since high school lol. It’s a shame really, like if this were a five star country club or something, a strict dress code would be understandable, but this is not; it’s a bar in the middle of a warehouse district.
