1/2 the time my order isn't right. I could count on 1 hand how many times my fries were fresh and hot. You really don't want me to start on the attitudes in place. No customer service skills whatsoever.

I pulled into Macdonalds after a concert at 11 Monday. The app was giving me problems, so I sat in the lot for a while. I slso was unable to use my rewards. I paid full price, and then it took my rewards anyway.
