We live nearby, and we have stopped at this McDonald's MANY times over the years, simply for convenience. In all the years, and all the times we've stopped there (always the drive through), I estimate they get our order right 1 out of 10 times. We've come to expect it going poorly if we go there. Far better to drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Wolf Rd.

Used the mobile app to order. They didnt include fries that I ordered. Noticed when I got home, and I called to request a refund. I was told the only option was to return to get the fries and no refund is available. They mess up then refuse to refund the product you did not recieve and paid for and want to inconvience you more by the only option being to return to the store for the product. This is not the first time they have not included everything from my orders and I let it slide the first time or 2 thinking mistakes happen but it was not even busy and this is an on going issue. Will not be returning and warn you to check your orders before leaving the location

Food is fine but the workers at this location (specifically closing time) are wonderful! Been here 3 times an hour before closing and the staff have been awesome. Super funny guy at drive thru last week. Workers seem happy at this location. will be back!

Odered at the drive through. Food wasnt ready and was asked to pull in a parking spot and wait. Saw staff come outside and deliver orders after us. Went inside only to discover that our order was given to someone else. They had to add the order back into the system. We had ordered 2 apple pies and they ran out. I checked my order and their was a crispy chicken in my oder. I said I ordered a filet of fish. The person filling the order said it was a filet of fish and they ran out of filet of fish boxes. It took is 20 minutes to get our food.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, only received a 4 piece. Called when I got home and they told me to come back with the receipt. I would have preferred an email or credit for a 6 piece chicken nugget rather than driving all the back way there for their mistake. This location is poorly managed and lacks any kind decent of customer service.

This location consistently fails to load receipt paper into the order kiosks, and they gave me a hard time when I asked for a receipt at the register. The cashier told me they've been working there for years and there has never been paper in the kiosks as long as they have been there. If you want a receipt then don't pay at the kiosk - kind of negates the point of having the kiosk.

The cost is out of control all over for fast food. Every once in awhile, I crave a fish sandwich. It's smaller than it used to be but still delish.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast with my wife. Long wait for two sausage egg and cheese McMuffins, plus two large strawberry smoothies. It came to almost $25. Ridiculous prices for fast food.

Food is almost never ready. Takes 20 minutes to get it sometimes. They give you significantly less fries than other locations. They also have an issue where they don't switch orders taking orders between the two lanes, so you can be on the second lane and 3 cars in the first lane will have ordered before you. Today I ordered, and 3 cars behind me and the car directly behind me got their orders before mine. I was the first one there too. They gave me the wrong sauce for my nuggets and the food was cold.
