The only reason I give this place 1 star is because it's the only way I can write a review. Idk how this place hasn't been replaced by subway. How are you closed during dinner hours. Walked up to get a sub at around 6pm and store was closed. Well Sbarro got my business tonight.

Manager “Melissa” is extremely rude. Never been here so I was looking at the menu and she seemed annoyed to be there and with all the customers. Awful attitude if you hate your job that much get a new one because customer service isn’t for you!

I was called yesterday for an interview. Went in and the employees scoffed and mocked me for wanting an interview. Once I filled out the application, they made unreasonable demands and scorned me for needing time for school and my daughter. Highly disrespectful. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Went to this store a few days ago got a Bacon Cheddar Nena and it was just as good as I remembered from when I was a alot younger. Glad to know they didn't change their recipe over the years. I will be stopping here more often more often.
Upon walking-up to read the menu at Mr.Subb, I observed two employees standing there. One, who’s name tag read ‘Melissa’ stared, or should I say ‘glared’ at me as I stood there and read the menu.

10/10/19 @ 1:30pm both ladies were rude. I eat at mr subb alot, but have never had service this bad. They dont even deserve 1 star. Sign says "we love our customers". Treated my daughter and I like they hated us.

Inedible microwaved subs and unbelievably rude customer service.Unbelievably rude server who insulted me in front of customers for asking for dressing for my sub. I was mortified and embarrassed in front of my daughter because I was taken by surprise. Highly unprofessional and obnoxious behavior. I’m quite frankly shocked that the server is still employed there and on that note, where’s the manager? Nowhere to be seen. It seems fairly clear that your employees are incapable of running that store themselves. I’d highly suggest supervision since you’re allowing very rude people with serious attitude problems to manage your business. Not a wise move.The sub itself was entirely microwaved and virtually inedible. I threw it out after a few bites partially because I lost my appetite because of the server, and partially because the sub looked unappetizing and tasted bland. On top of that it’s $8 per sandwich, so I believe your money would be much better spent elsewhere.

I didn't mind the taste of the food, but I did mind having to go back to re order my sandwich when they gave me the wrong one. I understand that "tuna" can sound like "Italian" when you're bored and high, but it's made worse by a system where the customer's sandwich is hidden behind a metal shield while it's being prepared and then stuffed in an opaque brown wrapper. I would have caught the error if I could have seen what was going on.
