They're very understaffed. The store is poorly laid out, there's always a glut of people waiting for their food at the take out counter. The food is ok, but not for the price. A lot of the food is very bland. Use the app for deals and for efficiency. The customers are always in a bad mood here as well. Also the parking lot here is a mess and there's some obese guy with a sign that's always screaming and yelling and just being a nuisance. Avoid.
Manager made the visit positive by taking my input gracefully... staffing was low (due to the job market?), and the order kiosk is horrible (made worse by menu changes and misleading food pictures), but these are corporate issues... the staff on the ground is keeping the company alive and I think needs corporate support!
Just had my first Panera chicken caesar salad. It was absolutely delicious. Fresh fresh crush. The lettuce was nice. The caesar dressing was excellent And not over done. I will be back!
