Food is good! We eat both meals and pizza very good. The staff is very customer friendly.

Ordered pizza from them for years now. Was best place ever. But now, past 4/5 months, there terrible and ride. The manager needs to learn customer service skills. She was extremely rude and cursed me out when i called to complain. Pizza has been delivered very sloppy. Cold. Cheese slid off the pie. Took one hour and 40 minutes to deliver. Unreal. Will never give them business again. Especially after finding out one of the Delivery guys samples out your food.

Very rude employee on the phone!!!. 12-20-19 11am - We have placed many work lunch orders before. Today we were given a hard time when we called for no reason! Before we could say anything the employee stated they will not deliver for 5 sandwiches! We don’t even know what they were talking about! We did not even tell them what we wanted. They said they were busy and still did not want our order! Little did they know we had $150 order and we tip great. You should think twice before being rude and Turning away business. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. Turning away customers because you are busy??????

Ordered food at 7:09 was told estimated delivery was an hour. Called to see where my food was at 8:33, got told it was waving then and that they were short drivers. It showed up at 8:50 missing my chicken sandwich and cold. Called back at 8:55 to ask them to come and get there inedible excuse for food and was told I would have to wait till tomorrow and talk to the owner, what a joke. Definitely not worth $30. I’ll stick with I love Ny.

Pizza and salad were good, service good considering server had to work counter and dining room. Dining room was dirty and one bathroom was closed and the other could use some work. Most people get take out here This is the first time I have eaten here in several years. Not what I expected 😔.
Ordered a mare 6 the past three weekends after baseball games.First one came wasn’t a mare 6 had many diff meats in it. The said it was a new cook. Next week a staple comes in the sandwich not ok
