Well, where to begin. Let's start with the "Combo Meal" that AUTOMATICALLY comes with one side and a fountain drink; why do they insist on asking "Do you want a drink with that?" OF COURSE I do! IT COMES WITH IT! Then, when I get the cup (for the drink), it is half the size of what it used to be. Thank Heavens that I ate in the dining room, so I could refill the drink. I can only imagine how many drive thru customers are screwed when they receive...

The Manager Gene went above and beyond to make fresh chicken for us and to be sure it was ready when we got there and he was very professional and pleasant. Excellent service, Gene is a huge asset to the company and we truly appreciate him and the values of the company that he works for.
