“I WAS HERE ON 5/30/26 ALONG WITH MY FIANCE.. I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVING IT UNTIL WE GOT OUR FOOD.. MY SHRIMP COMBO WAS NOT THE BEST RESULT.. MY FRIES WERE OK BUT NOT HOT OR FRESH, MY BISCUITS WERE HARD AS A ROCK.. YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO SERVE IT TO A DOG.. I THREW THEM AWAY.. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I LOVE THERE BISCUITS BUT WHEN THERE FRESH AND SOFT! MY 8 PIECE SHRIMP WERE OK BUT SOME OF THEM WERE SMALL.. I WOULD NOT EVER GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN UNLESS I ASK FOR MY FOOD FRESH! THE ONLY THING THAT TURNED OUT GOOD WAS MY FIANCE RED RICE AND BEANS AND HIS SWEET AND SPICY CHICKEN! ALSO THAT APPLE PIE WAS GOOD TOO!!“

I WAS SO HUNGRY NONE OF THE FOOD BUT MY FRIES MADE IT IN A PIC.. MAYBE NEXT TIME MORE PICS.. MY FIANCE GOT HIM 6 PIECE OF SWEET & SPICY WINGS ALL BONE IN OF COURSE.. “Updating review, for now I'll just say I spent over an hour now. I went through it twice for the Popeyes Rewards. The first time it crashed right at the end without giving me a Validation Code, understandable. Went through it all again, more quickly, with out all the answering the questions and reviews. At the end it asks if you would like to post your review on Google. The first time is when it crashed. Got back to it again, said yes. It seemed to have posted but received no Validation Code. At this point I'm a little frustrated, being about an hour now. Called the Popeyes store I was just at, 2: 45pm. Spoke with said manager, might not been him that served me. I explained the situation, all I was told is to download the app. Unfortunately I was not able to understand what he was saying nor was he able to understand me, is suspect. I have to go back through there tomorrow and I'll see how it goes. Trying the support page is a waste of time, even supposedly found a corporate support line, JOKE, just sends you back to the same crap. Unreal, no support no nothing all over a couple pieces of chicken and a biscuit. Figured I would see how far I could get. Just do what you say you will do. I wanted to let you all know what I went through. If anyone has had a problem with this same issue, please respond, curious. I dont think I did anything wrong filling out the questioner. Thanks
