This place is awesome! I ordered a turkey sub with bacon and it was phenomenal. The ingredients were so fresh and I had an abundance of turkey. We also ordered the eggplant and stuffed shells. Everything was delicious . Everyone at the counter was so friendly and great at their jobs. I highly recommend.
This is a great small deli. on New Scotland avenue, You could drive right by and not see it. By all means, stop there. We had the lasagna, and stuffed shells. It was very good. They're in the cooler, but they will heat them for you. All you need is a fork. They have those too. You can get submarine sandwiches, drinks, Italian cookies and much more. The prices were reasonable, also.
The minute you enter Ragonese's, it hits you that this is the real deal. The smell of home cooking... it's indescribable, it's my grandmother's kitchen, welcome home! Great prices, not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and quantity. Thank goodness that I don't live closer, I'd be in here all of the time and would stop cooking altogether! ?
