I love this place i go all the time. However, the greeter needs better customer service training. With 30 minutes for lunch and 10 spent traveling there you are only left with about 10 minutes to pack up your food and check out. Asked very slow, you have to wait until she's cashing everyone out to get a tray to prepare your food. When people walk in you can greet them while you're checking out customers. Either she needs to better handle multitasking or she shouldn't be in the front. The lines are long and sometime you're left waiting for her to come from the back just to be provided with a tray. When the other ladies are at the front they are moving things along at a good pace and she works faster when their around. I love this place so much and tell everyone to go cause their food is amazing each time, they have a big variety and the place is always so clean. Many of us are not liking the long wait times and the attitude of the girl up front lately. Im trying not to let that deter me from supporting but things need to change a little. Lunch time is super busy so if she can't handle the surge she needs to ask for help. My experience is isolated to the young girl at the front however please support their business you won't be disappointed.
