Ryan IS quality. I went on 9/19/25 at 1030ish in the morning. Ordered on app, it's packed. There were roughly 10 employees behind the counter. The scene looked at little chaotic, EXCEPT for Ryan. Bro is calm, cool, collected working the machine like his hands have hands and his fingers have fingers. Unfortunately, he was not the first one to make my Americano. I took a sip and it was delicious, don't get me wrong, but I had ordered it hot and it came in a hot cup but...

The location is clean and well-maintained, with a good amount of seating for those looking to hang out or get some work done. It’s got a steady flow of traffic, but the staff keeps things moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed.
I stopped into Starbucks at the Hilton on New Scotland Ave in Albany to get my father coffee beans for his birthday. I was met with an inviting and clean atmosphere and the most friendly and knowledgeable manager. Mustafa helped me pick out the best coffee based on my father’s taste in coffee. He listened and offered advice. Best experience in a Starbucks so far!
