When me and my family ordered Starbucks through the Starbucks app it said an estimated time of 25 to 30 minutes! Me and my brother got down there at 7:33 AM and got our 3 things at 8:01 AM. Everyone is super nice though. Just be AWARE OF THIS if you decide to stay at the Hilton hotel right next door!!!!
The baristas let the homeless sit in this Starbucks. There is a homeless man who is very mentally ill who gets free coffee whenever he goes inside. This is a major safety issue for other customers as well as staff. i don't get why this is allowed!???. He is very disturbing to customers and i leave shortly after i see him come in. This location would have gotten five stars if it was clean, because the drinks were phenomenal. I soon as I walked in to pick up my order, the whole place was a hot mess. The floor was dirty and full or trash, the tables had trash on them, the food/drink prep areas were full of empty bottles/used cups, there was milk sitting out, there was spilled drinks everywhere in the prep area, they had unclean bottles and blenders out, and the garbages were pulled from the cans just sitting...
