Starbucks’ are a dime a dozen but I had the best customer service at this location with Taylor and Lani. Taylor made my mother feel extra special on her birthday and I’m thankful for that.
Well, know, it sounds strange, every Starbucks is different. I had been spending my reading time at the one in Guilderland however, they depersonalized it taking away any signs of individuality such as blackboards, the cute name that the previous manager had for the location, and it now is completely homogeneous. The crew here are so nice and welcoming. I come here often because I am a nursing student and I also work locally at one of the hospitals. I have to say, Kayla and Jordan make my order with a smile and are so charming. When I run out of things to get, they suggest new options. They always let me know about the deals of the day and i think this whole team needs a raise if possible. Today i kept it sweet & simple with a Venti Strawberry Acai with water- hold the lemonade.
