Well, know, it sounds strange, every Starbucks is different. I had been spending my reading time at the one in Guilderland however, they depersonalized it taking away any signs of individuality such as blackboards, the cute name that the previous manager had for the location, and it now is completely homogeneous. The crew here are so nice and welcoming. I come here often because I am a nursing student and I also work locally at one of the hospitals. I have to say, Kayla and Jordan make my order with a smile and are so charming. When I run out of things to get, they suggest new options. The food is not starbucks' best feature. The egg white feta wrap is definitely frozen and microwaved, making parts of the wrap not edible. The espresso is the smoothest of all the chain coffee joints. It's always a delicious, delightful beverage. The service is ALWAYS GREAT.
