The Bowl is just a fantastic place to eat at. The ingredients are very obviously fresh. The staff is always wonderful. It is also very kid friendly. My daughter gets the egg noodles with garlic butter sauce every week. It is a simple order and yet so delicious. It is a great way to introduce your kid to new flavors. We just absolutely love going there.

I ordered online and the process couldn’t have been easier — it literally took me less than two minutes! My order was ready as soon as I walked into the store, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. The food was sooo delicious — everything I tried was really good, and I have to say the egg custard tarts are a must-try 😋 Definitely coming back soon!

We dined in today and were really happy with our visit. Loved the noodle bowls. They offer three types of noodles and a great choice of sauces to create your own customized bowl with plenty of toppings and add-ons. Everything was flavorful and fresh! Amazing service at the table too. We’ll definitely be back next time to try the salad bowl! 🍜🥗

The Bowl is fantastic, I found this gem on a recent trip to Albany and was very impressed by the quality, flavor and preparation of the food. It was all exceptional and the service was great. The stir fry noodle bowl was amazing and the pot stickers also fantastic! I drove 45 minutes to get it again a week later. I'm now looking for reasons to do more things in Albany so I can eat here again! Do not hesitate to try this place, you will be very happy you did! A+

Extremely disappointed with this restaurant and their customer service. I have been ordering from here since they opened through DoorDash.
My order was canceled because of a “dasher issue” more likely was that the first dasher picked up my order then canceled it and stole it. DoorDash said that my order was canceled by the dasher because the dasher had an “issue”. DoorDash then sent the restaurant a remake order (which the restaurant accepted) at no additional cost to me but the restaurant still got paid for it. However, despite this being a dasher issue and DoorDash putting in a remake order for me, the restaurant refused to remake my order blaming me saying I canceled the order and just trying to get a free meal. I called them to ask about my remake order and they kept blaming me saying I canceled it when they told me the order was already picked up but other dashers kept going there to pick it up. Clearly the first driver STOLE IT! I told her someone stole it then and that’s why DoorDash submitted a remake for me and she still refused to remake my order.
DoorDash called the restaurant to confirm what I said is true and that they did get paid for the remake order but the cashier kept insisting that this is a new order and that they didn’t get paid. How can they not get paid if the remake order went through and they accepted it? They also refused to just cancel my order even though multiple dashers kept going to pick up the remake that they refused to fulfill saying that it was already picked up and didn’t get paid. Had me waiting an hour for nothing, wasted my time.
I asked her to just remake it since DoorDash put in the order for me and she they said they’re about to close. How long does a bowl of lettuce with chicken and avocado take??? They still had about 20 minutes left. While I was on the phone with the restaurant, I could hear another guy blaming me for it. I know they didn’t try to contact DoorDash because DoorDash would’ve just canceled my order.
Restaurant did nothing to solve this issue even though I told her what DoorDash said and DoorDash themselves called them too.
UPDATE: you still continue to blame the customer after I just showed you that I didnt cancel anything. what you should have done was call the customer and doordash which you failed to do so. had me wait an hour for nothing and wasting driver's time. instead of assuming and wondering you needed to ask me.
how can doordash then cancel the redo order if it was still active on my app and clearly it was still up for grabs on the dashers side too, 3 drivers went to the restaurant to pick up the redo order so how can it be canceled? makes no sense especially after I had doordash call you to tell you that the order was in fact not canceled by me and it was the first dasher who canceled it (definitely stole my food). which is why doordash submitted another paid order on my behalf which again you accepted. how can anyone submit an order without a name. again, makes no sense.
after being a recurring customer since you opened back in 2021, you could have done the coustery of remaking my order which is the same thing I have been getting for the past 2 years straight, before that I would get the noodle bowl. but no, you rather lose an ongoing 4 year long customer over a measly $15. excellent way to take care of customers lol
