I love the Skinny Pancake. The staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive, the food is delicious, and the bottomless coffee and comfortable vibes of the space make it a gem for working lunches. One of the best and most reliable spots in downtown Albany.

skinny pancake has unique crepe options, as well as sandwiches and cocktails. the crepes themselves are really good, and the filling is amazing. we ordered fruit crepes and savory crepes- all were very good. recommended stop in albany!

Go eat at The Skinny Pancake! I was in Albany on a business trip with 2 teenagers. We all loved it so we became regulars over the 4 days here. It's not too many places you can get a chai latte, a mimosa, a crêpe, and a salad in the same place! The crepes are stuffed with deliciousness. I got the Cubano one day and The Johnny Cakes crepe both with pulled pork. Absolutely divine! My two teenagers shared the heartbreaker and the chicken pesto to satisfy their sweet and savory...
