Hands down the best coffee and breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’ve been a Starbucks fan for years but once I tried uncommon grounds I couldn’t go back. Slightly cheaper than Starbucks with my fb higher quality and taste. Lines can get pretty crazy sometimes but I now know the best times to go! So happy we have uncommon grounds in many locations!

I've been a loyal customer of Uncommon Grounds ever since a friend recommended it to me, and I can confidently say that it has become my go-to coffee shop. I don’t mind driving 5-6 miles just to enjoy my favorite latte, as their consistency across all locations has always impressed me.
However, I recently experienced a disappointing change during my last visit (Stuyvesant Plaza). For the first time in eight months, my latte and my wife's cappuccino had a noticeably different taste. This could be due to new staff or perhaps a mix-up with the beans.
My only suggestion to the owner is to ensure that all servers are well-trained, as maintaining quality is crucial for customer loyalty. It’s hard to earn a loyal customer, but it only takes one mistake to lose one. I hope to see the same great quality I’ve come to love on my next visit!

The bagels are not even close to the way they used to be. They used to be close to NYC bagels in density and taste but now they are very much just an upstate bagel....

I've always loved the location in Saratoga. This one in Stuyvesant Plaza left a lot to be desired. On Oct 13 I ordered lox on a toasted bagel, and the bagel was cold. They made me another... I watched them put it in the toasting machine... and it came out cold. Something is wrong with the machine. The bagel seemed very old; honestly, like it was made the day before. And there were a lot of grounds at the bottom of my cup. The folks there were nice and ultra busy, so I didn't bother them any further. Not going back.

came in today getting a bagel and wanted it toasted. but when i opened it , it wasn’t toasted so i came back so they could remake it but the girl with red hair that’s in front was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. will never be coming back again. if you want a successful business you need to be careful who you hire. i felt so embarrassed she basically belittled me.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, receipt was with sandwiches when I picked them up at the counter (only sandwiches at the counter with my ticket). Drove home 30mins only to see neither sandwich was the sandwich I ordered. Ordered at flying pig & blt. Received 2 blts with cheese & one with onion. Very disappointed since the flying pig was a birthday lunch for my fiancé as that’s his favorite.

Amazing coffee, food and location. The only problem is the music. Too hectic and loud for a coffee shop. It is not inviting to stay long in the shop. Something more chill would make this pace perfect
