Apparently the biggest Walmart in the world

I’ve been extremely happy with two cakes from the Washington Ave Albany NY location. Be sure to request Weslynne as the cake decorator; she has a wonderful talent for this. The online ordering process is easy; the cakes are tasty, beautiful, and nicely priced.

I ordered my mother a birthday cake from the Walmart in Albany, Washington Avenue Ext.. It was fresh, delicious and decorated beautifully. The pink frosting was not bitter, as I have previously experienced at other bakeries. I will order ALL of my cakes from here going forward.

My 20 year-old Black Daughter who is a College Junior and Entrepreneur who also drives an ambulance, along with her roommates was profiled in this store by what she described as a Caucasian woman with gray hair and another woman whom she believes to be of Asian descent. They shopped for items together for their apartment, paid for them and were then harrassed for about 15 minutes. One of her roommates (6'4 270lbs Black male football player) allowed them to scan each of his items to show his receipt matched those items that he picked up out of the cart. He understands what could happen if he is seen as a threat. The other roommates had gone to the car with their portion of the purchases. My daughter was embarrassed and angry. They had been extremely rude to them from the beginning of the process. Aside from that, after waiting on line and then for an additional 15 minutes the food that should have been frozen or cold was no longer as it should have been. She stated that she wanted a refund for the entire 52 item order. One of the employees walked her iver to Customer Service. After a few more minutes she was told that her refund would appear on her card in 7-10 business days. Her refund never appeared. Before she involved me, she wrote to corporate, was given phone numbers to speak to the site manager, as they were unable to assist her at that point. Then Corporate indicated they needed to speak to the store manager. Thus far there has been no resolution. Perhaps they never closed out her transaction. Perhaps someone restocked the items before everything was processed. She is 20 years-old and trusts the digital age. Therefore, she has no paper receipt and never received her refund. For months, she is getting the run around. One hundred and fifty dollars isn't a lot of money in general but it is to a student who is supporting herself. It would cost me that much in gas and tolls to go in person and try to get someone to be accountable. It's the principle. Needless to say, she and her fellow students' will be shopping at Target from now on.

Walmart has always been a place to me that has been too crowded even during this pandemic this is the only place that seems to be a place where you can congregate and be in large quantities of people and no one seems to complain at least where We are. Every time I go in there my anxiety level goes up, this time we went to the one in Albany because it's bigger so I was hoping that we could skip the anxiety piece that I feel every time I walk into these places. Well let's just say that didn't happen, you have a guy standing at the door with this little computer pretending to count people as they come in and out of the store but yet he doesn't push the buttons on the computer so it makes me wonder what exactly is he doing. One thing I will say is they got almost everything under the sun in that store if you need it want it or can use it it's probably in there somewhere. Overall the experience was quick but it's two stories and the escalator broke down so we had to take the elevator up to the second floor and that was always fun so overall my experiences with Walmart have been filled with enjoyment but if you ever need something it's pretty much the place you got to go to because they will have pretty much anything and everything that you need. Thank you so much for listening

I was at this Walmart Thursday 5/28/20, I counted 22 people walking around with no mask, please show some respect for the people that are doing the right thing " And Wear A Mask ". Walmart should also show Respect for their customers and enforce the wearing of mask while in the store, think about the health of your customers and your own employees. Show some concern and ask that handful of people that just don't care to leave your property.

I wouldn’t recommend buying meats at Walmart. Local supermarkets in the area are the way to go for chicken and beef.

Went to this Walmart to return a item that was defective.not knowing returns are only done on the first floor the site to store associate where just rude as fill in the blank. Started to turn to go down stairs when a associate sitting on the bench gave me the welcome to Walmart dumbass remark. Thanks to name badge I found out Tim was a sarcastic employee. Thought the store had a new manager but by the looks of it the metro store is just doing great

It's a split level store with the department store upstairs and the grocery store downstairs with escelators in the center running between them. Unusual design for Walmart Supercenters in this area.

Biggest Walmart in the United States. However, the variety, arrangement of things, and stocking is horrible. There have been countless time where I have seen aisle upon aisle of empty shelves

Two floors of shopping fun! The store even has a escalator for shopping carts to move between floors for shopping.

This Wal-Mart is pretty terrible. Go ahead and visit to find out why.

Use the self checkout whenever you can. Seems like most customers won't go near it.
