Fusion is one of our favorite places to eat in Olean/Allegany or anywhere! It was the obvious choice for our wedding caterer. Aaron and Mary were so helpful in the planning process and made our ideal menu a reality. It was a very low stress process leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. They were so considerate of my allergies and guest allergies. They accommodated our no frills, state park venue. They made a beautiful presentation and the food was delicious as always. I’m so glad that Fusion could be part of our day! Highly recommend for your catering needs!

Fusion on Main delivered a quality meal in a very relaxed atmosphere. This was my first time visiting, and upon entering we saw we were the only customers there. We quickly greeted and chose a standard table to sit. This place seems like the cool local bar to hang out and watch what ever sports team is playing. Our waitress was patient as we skimmed through the expansive menu and offered us recommendations to try. We ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls to share. For my dinner, I chose the sesame chicken honey garlic fusion mac n cheese. My mom ordered the jalapeño burger. I enjoyed my meal, and my mom said the burger was ok. The egg rolls were ok as well, but I would try something else if I return here. Overall, we had friendly service and a relaxed dinner with the locals.

I was honestly blown away by how nice this establishment was. It was aesthetically pleasing, and i couldn't believe how clean everything was. This ranks as one of the top places for atmosphere as well as food quality that I have been to. Menu choices were incredibly diverse and unique, and we were given a very well prepared tour of the menu prior to ordering. I was so impressed with the quality of my meal that I actually ordered 4 more entrees to take home to share with people. I did not have a single item fall short in my expectations. The quality was fantastic, and the flavor profile of every dish I tried was top-notch. We will, without a doubt, make many more road trips to dine here.

I had the fish tacos with a side salad. The salad was fairly basic- carrot strips, tomato slices quarters, a mix of salad greens. Nothing fancy but it was a generous portion. I'm a salad fan so- no complaints from me. You could change to mac n cheese or something else but I needed some veggies.The fish tacos- pretty fabulous. The fish (cod) had a tempura-type batter on it. They weren't greasy at all. Cabbage on top, a light sauce. I like spicy so the server brought me some hot sauce.As for the atmosphere- neighborhood restaurant, very clean, well-stocked bar, friendly environment. It wasn't too busy when I was there and I've seen it mess with service in other restaurants, but I got my order in and the food was out pretty quickly.All in all, totally worth it! I'd eat there again.

My husband and I ate at this restaurant over the weekend when we traveled to see our daughter's college lacrosse game. We had the opportunity to talk with the owner, Aaron, who is such a great guy! He runs the restaurant with his wife which added such warmth to the environment. I instantly felt like it was a place my husband and I had been visiting for years. The food was fresh and so delicious! I Highly recommend stopping in to see for yourself, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be stopping by every time we are in that area, wish we were closer!
45 minutes after ordering our food the waiter came in and informed us they were out of steak and we had to pick something else. The waiter was very difficult to understand when he was speaking as well. The food was very good, but the service was horrible.

I am from Tennessee, I was in town to see family and our hotel recommended this restaurant. After 12 hours of driving I was starved! The owner, Aaron came over and explained the whole menu to us and was able to recommend their most popular dishes. They were wonderful! Drinks were awesome! If we are ever in town again, we will be stopping here again!

What a neat place....in the center of a small town. From the moment we entered we were greeted warmly like we had lived in the community for years. The owner is a foodie and has passion for what he serves. Craft beers selection are available on tap and full bar. From the Buffalo chicken egg rolls, the hot wings, fish tacos, and battered cod, the food was served quickly, freshly prepared, hot and wonderfully flavorful. This place does not disappoint. If in the area give this place a try. It was well worth it for sure.
