“Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. Customer service isn’t a glorious job I understand but people you applied, interviewed and accepted the position. Fake it til you make it!! “We spent the weekend visiting family in NY and this place was recommended by our hotel. We were not disappointed! Food was amazing! We ended up ordering two nights in a row! We had the Philly sub, spaghetti, chicken parm, garlic bread, Mac and cheese, salads and a few other things. The salads were fresh the garlic bread was delicious. Definitely recommend!“

“Food was PERFECTION. I had mozzeralla sticks, Grilled Cheese, and french fries. The grilled cheese was buttery, and delicous. Thr french fries, were salty and crunchy. But not too salty, just enough to make a perfect balance. And the Mozzeralla sticks were crunchy, buttery, stringy, and super cheesy. The sauce with it, was a nice bold tomato taste. This is my new favorite resteraunt.“
