Called and ordered a pie and a sub. Asked for BBQ sauce on the sub. When I picked up the sub the counter person confirmed I wanted it on the sub. When I got home no BBQ sauce. I called and said hey, there was no BBq sauce. I was left on hold and then told "it was on there". So, I was wrong, it vanished or evaporated on the way home along with the golden rule that the customer is always right, Happy Holidays Everyone! and ask for BBQ sauce on the side!!!!!!!!

Costumers Beware!! I used to order from Santos all the time. And today, I realized why I don't anymore. The food quality has gone into the garbage like they don't even care. The bread with my dinner has mold on it. Are you seriously serving this, and my chicken cutlet wrap looks and tastes like garbage. This is how you lose customers. I paid $54 dollars for garbage, and I will never order from here again, and I hope no one else does if you do beware and check your food before you even leave!!

Everything is great except the older woman at the counter hates you hates the shop and everyone else. You won't find a please thank you or sorry anywhere within her reach but the pizza and pasta are great.

This is one of my go to places for pizza by the slice in Dutchess county. The sausage parm and chicken bacon ranch are definitely worth a stop by. Staff are always helpful. Would definitely recommend Santo Pizzeria.Chris@ North East Ford

Could be better. Pizza crust is tough and chewy. Ingredients are skimpy for the price. Most pizzas have ricotta cheese, maybe it's a cheaper cheese but it's not that tasty on pizza.
