Staff racially profiled guests. Serviced these guests last during dinner, actually skipped them in order while dropping off food items and beverages. Let their plates pile up and when they refilled their water they barely filled the cup. Didn’t offer refilled on coffee.
I heard later that the bar staff questioned whether or not they should even be at the reception. Guest left reception and sat in their car all night afterwards.
Vile behavior from the staff.
They ruin memories and they are not true to their word. Food was burnt, no refund nor kept their word on a refund. Horrible.
Enjoyed their facility for a wedding reception. Great staff and food
