Five Guys in Amherst

“I've been coming here for lunch the last couple weeks. There isn't a wait to place my order and it's ready pretty quick. Still have the peanuts in the shell to eat, my coworker remembers when he'd throw the shells on the floor, but I won't let him. Food is tasty and there is always more than enough fries for us when we order a small fry.“

“We came in and the staff are always so kind and wonderful. Even when it’s absolutely slammed, they are so friendly! Today our ticket accidentally must’ve gotten missed. People came and went after us while we waited. After 20 minutes went by we went up and asked if we were skipped. After searching for our order and realizing our ticket was gone Luz and Maries immediately apologized profusely and got everyone to quickly race together and remake our ticket. They offered us a milkshake while we waited but we declined. Our food came out quickly, piping hot, and perfectly correct. Both girls each came out separately and apologized again. We didn’t mind! Accidents happen! But it was soooooo sweet and so kind of them. So many times people don’t take accountability but it was so kind and the customer service was so noticed. Another woman (I didn’t catch her name I apologize) also apologized as well. This location may have overflowing trash cans pretty often, but it’s because it’s always slammed in here. But I choose this location over any other because the customer service is unmatched!!!!!“
