Sheridan Family Restaurant Reviews
Generous portions, quality ingredients and attentive service.
The food is fantastic. I had a chicken souvlaki breakfast and it was delicious. The chicken was very tasty and tender. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the potatoes were seasoned beautifully. Charla, our server was very friendly and efficient. It is worth the drive from the city.
The French Toast is basically grilled bread with syrup. It could be so much better because it’s a good crusty bread but they don’t let it absorb the egg & milk mixture. The home fries were mushy and had a refrigerator taste. Disappointing.

Sheridan Family Restaurant is a family-oriented establishment that offers a variety of food options, including a kids' menu. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the option to enjoy breakfast at any time. The restaurant has a clean and comfortable atmosphere, although it may appear a bit dated. They have handicap parking and are wheelchair accessible.
The restaurant is known for its attentive service and reasonable prices. Customers have praised their well-cooked meals, such as the Philly steak omelette and the home fries. The home fries are specifically noted for being cooked to a golden perfection, a refreshing change from the usual gray, greasy offerings at other diners. They are also able to cook eggs, bacon, and toast to specific doneness levels as requested. Portions are generous, offering great value for the price. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially for special diets. The environment is suitable for families, making it a good place to go with a young family. The restrooms are kept clean and tidy.
Recent reviews highlight a fantastic breakfast with large portions and friendly staff. Customers also enjoyed an outstanding chicken souvlaki dinner with rice pilaf, calling it the best they've ever had. However, some experiences have been disappointing, such as a fish dinner that was fried too hard on the outside and mushy inside, with fries that seemed greasy and poorly cooked. Despite this, the cole slaw was appreciated. Overall, Sheridan Family Restaurant is a recommended stop for satisfying meals, with a few variations in food quality noted by recent guests.
