I ordered a surprise bag from this app called too good to go. I get there on time he had my order ready to go and it was cold he could have heated the slices up and treated me like a valued customer. I feel that because I only spent 6 dollars he didn’t care enough to show me much respect. You can also see that even in their response, they refuse to comment on why the slices would be cold.. it’s because I was a too good to go customer.

I recently made a trip out that way to visit friends, I ordered the peperoni and cheese roll. When I received it I made it to my car before realizing the little sauce container was busted. It leaked through the bag burning my hand. I went back into the shop for another sauce and the guy at the counter found another broken sauce. Got the sauce, a new plate, a new bag, and on way back to the venue while biting into the roll I got a mouth full of dough. My friends wanted to go back and have it replaced, but I was adamantly against it as I already barely ordered the roll to begin with.

I have been going to this pizza place for decades and had watched it go downhill but today was the last straw. I ordered balsamic chicken and a side order of grilled chicken. I received a chicken hero slathered in mayo with a few strips of chicken. My balsamic chicken was burned and covered in shriveled mushrooms. The customer service is a zero and the food is absolute trash. Lost my business for good.

Poor food service every time. I watched the man spread sauce on pizza with his finger. Wings fried to wood chips. Served old pizza. Unsanitary. Cleaning nose didn't wash hands. Served breaded meatballs no meat texture. Hair on pizza. Talk about you in another language. Treat people with favor. Never again I'll fast. Racist.

Terrible customer service. I went in at 11:00 am when they open. I asked when the food will be ready, he said 15 minutes so I sat down. He really had a terrible attitude at the counter. After a few minutes he said in a very rude manner that the pizza won't be ready for 30 minutes. I got pretty ticked off and said you open at 11 so all pizza should be ready to seve customers at 11:00 am when you open. There is another restaurant similar in Rockville Centre. I'm sure ots not the same owner. I will never go back and I'm spreading the word of spreading the word. I'm going to find if they are same owners but I doubt it.

GREAT FOR TAKEOUT ? The food is EXCELLENT and the price is really reasonable…. I ordered angel hair with broccoli and sausage in garlic and oil and a side of meatballs. Delicious!! The best meatballs I’ve had from a pizza place. Going to order from them again tonight.

The owner was so nice. ?

I wasn't expecting much, just a slice of Sicilian, and it was on a Sunday Eve after football. But they didn't have Sicilian, and the rest of their slices looked like they had been out all day.So I ordered a pasta primavera which said $10.95 on the menu. Then I wanted to add chicken and the worker said it would be $19.95. When I questioned the discrepancy, he said they just made new menus last week and had not replaced them. Then I asked him if it came with bread and he said yes. I decided I was too hungry to wait, so I went next door to Dollar Tree. I came back 25 minutes later and sat at a table to wait. I waited another 15 when I asked the same employee for bread. 10 minutes later I asked where the bread was and he said the cook was making it. Another 10 minutes later the person came out with the food wrapped up in bags when I was clearly sitting at a table. When he realized I was staying he asked if I wanted metal silverware, and I waited another 5 minutes for that. The food was ok but it only had spinach and carrots in it. I thought primavera had more veggies in it, but I guess I expected too much. The service was so horrible, and there were no other customers eating there The employee was cleaning up the whole time so on my way out I asked him what time they closed and he said 9:00. It was only 7 and I waited an hour for my food. Thank God I was alone. I would have been embarrassed if I brought someone there!
