Food and beverages are delicious. The service is horrible. Only got served water when we sat down and they didn’t come back once to refill water. Every single server and staff was so unfriendly, not a smile on anyone’s face. The attitude that we got when we were placing our order was not necessary. Our waitress only came to take our order and once after that, she didn’t come back after that. All of the girls looked like they hated their job.

Went early Sunday to avoid crowd!
Hubby got breakfast scramble & I got the Yogurt bowl. Food was great & quick. Wasn’t that busy at 8am but waitress wasn’t attentive. We had to ask to refill coffee & purposely put the empty milk container by the empty cup. Thought she would come back with milk , never did. Couldn’t even find her to get milk so paid bill & left.

Best breakfast place around IMO. They have the most fluffiest and delicious pancakes. Their eggs are always cooked perfectly.

Really nice spot here small chain breakfast spot! Home made corned beef hash was outstanding drinks were made great! Nice spot for a morning out!

This is my all time favorite spot! The food is to die for and their french toast bites w/ fresh fruits? Let’s not even get into it. This place is heaven, you make your coffee order and it’s at your table in less than 5 minutes. Doesn’t matter how busy it is. Unlimited regular coffee. They have seasonal drinks! It cannot get any better. Parking can be a little complicated but its all worth it.

Let's start with the name "Brownstones Coffee." For a place with coffee in its name, what my wife and I were served would not be classified as coffee by any other respected establishment. My black coffee was lukewarm water at best and my wife's latte was a cup of warm milk. We waited 20 minutes for our server to return to the table so we could ask for the latte to be remade and all that was brought out was an extra shot of espresso that we had to stir into the cup ourselves after the latte had been sitting for 20 minutes. We were charged $2.50 for the extra shot and it was about a quarter of the way filled.

Eggs came out burnt and cold. "Cold" which is astonishing considering it was served on a skillet. Service was non existent to the point of a completely different waitress coming over to close out the check as she saw me waiting with my wallet in my hand for an eternity. Save your money and your time. You are much better off at local no name diners.

Don't understand the hype about this place. Severely overly crowded, parking is horrendous, and food was terrible. Staff seem to be a bit oblivious also.
Ordered online for pick up and food has left me feeling crappy all day. Can't shake the feeling from the food I ate today. Definitely won't be eating from this place anymore, that's for sure.
