I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a caramel latte, and it was filled with way too much ice. When I went back to ask if they could fix it, one of the employees, a Spanish lady (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name), made a rude comment as I was leaving. I went back again to address her unprofessional behavior and let her know it was unacceptable. I even told her that I have money to buy another coffee, but after that interaction, I decided to leave the coffee and didn’t even want a refund.
The entire situation was incredibly frustrating, especially since I’m pregnant and had a craving. I don’t usually go to Dunkin’ Donuts, and after this experience, I won’t be returning. The staff’s behavior and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This location needs serious improvements or it should be shut down altogether.
