This Dunkin makes me feel very unwelcomed!! I came to get 2 drinks for me and my husband and ordered my husbands drink with no ice so he wouldn’t come home after a long day of work to a drink watered down from ice. My order was done wrong and since I am aware that Dunkin charges an extra dollar for no ice I kindly let them know it was supposed to be no ice. This young looking Hispanic girl (no I’m not being racist she was talking in very fluent Spanish yelling at and being nasty to the cashier and as a Hispanic myself clearly I understand what she’s saying) was just rude about it as I tried to explain only 1 of my drinks is supposed to have ice in it and she was nasty as if she was about to argue. Everyone seemed to have issues with their drinks and she would get nasty every time. My husband told her he avoids coming to this Dunkin because of her also after I told him what happened. I don’t understand how someone with short temper is allowed to train people or be unsupervised. I didn’t get a receipt or was offered one otherwise I would have filed a complaint as this behavior is unacceptable especially because it happens often. This Dunkin feels very unwelcoming and even my husband has admitted to going to a dunking further away because of her behavior.

355 Broadway, Amityville, NY 11701 Now Wednesday August 27th we went to buy Ice Coffee at that store but the people who are there especially two Hispanic girls are very disgusting and they speak very badly to the people also the manager who is there is very disgusting when you tell him not to put too much ice they say that it is a rule and that they can't take away the ice and they put too much ice in the coffee and they speak to him in a very bad way

I went today and ordered an iced caramel latte with light ice. After getting my drink, I had noticed that there was way too much ice in the drink and when I asked for them to take some of the ice out, they refused and said that that was light ice even though more than half of the container was filled with ice and they were very rude about it and would refuse to redo the order. The other Dunken nearby do the light ice right like the one nearby key foods. They should really get rid of the two rude Spanish ladies

regularly come here for me and my boyfriend as he loves the brown sugar shaken espresso! i’d never been a coffee girl but after trying that drink i love iced coffee! the staff are always super friendly and kind, and the service is quick! they have a wide range of ice cream too, and they make up for the nicest milkshakes! lots of donuts flavours and breakfast items are yummy too!

Amazing employees and food! I wish there was Bavarian cream donuts though :( the new loaded hash browns are spectacular! Emphasis on friendly employees! Clean facility and bathroom.

Management needs to do a serious overhaul. I ordered a sausage bacon egg on croissant. I did not get a receipt. Lady walked away while I was doing the transaction. I was waiting at the front the lady called me over saying my food is over here. The girl making the food handed me the food in the bag. I left still no receipt. I checked my order as I was driving. It's the wrong order
I went back told them I got the wrong order. She said I took the wrong bag. I said no the girl gave me the bag in my hand said this is mine. Then she says the most incredulous they think because we gave them the food it. It's theirs. Then I asked for a receipt they got even more upset. They looked at me like I was crazy. The said I told her I didn't want a receipt. I just left my food. I have a rule about eating from people like this. Wow to think the managers left people like this to run their business 😒.

I've been coming to this location for years. I placed an order for 3 dozen donuts 37.47 2 box of joe coffee 37.50 an order of 50 count munchkins. 14.99 which totaled up to 93.19. now Ive used the bathroom in here before. Never no issues. When I asked the Yung girl who must be new because I never seen her there before this evening to use the bathroom. She got nasty with me and said oh we don't allow that here. After just placing almost a hundred dollar order she's going to decline me use of the bathroom really nasty like.
I said you know what no problem cancel my order she said its to late. We've already charged you. And we already started making it. So asi go back towards the register the guy employee told me to that I have to swipe my card again because it didn't go through. That there's a problem with the card reader.
I said no that's called bad karma he said what do you mean. I said I asked your coworker to use the bathroom and she got nasty with me saying yous don't do that anymore. Customers are not allowed to use the bathroom. So since it didn't go through now you can cancel my order. And I'll never come back to this location ever again. You lost a loyal customer who always tipped you guys. I'll find a new location. Or maybe go to Starbucks from now on. Mgmnt needs to straighten out there employees. And teach them how to treat and talk to loyal paying customers especially ones that tip.
