The food is literally not edible. Bread COVERED in mayo with 2 pieces of microwaved chicken and undercooked bacon. Be ready to pay to be starving after! Threw it away. The burrito was pretty much empty as well.

This place should not be in business unless you like horrible, watered down coffee to go with your ice cold breakfast burrito. Tried the Highland Panini as well which was another disgrace to the state of New York. When I asked if they would kindly switch out the burrito for a small açaí bowl, I was told they would not exchange food or refund it. It took me 3 tries to even speak with the manager as she kept sending out a poor waitress to face the music. Finally, the manager offered to only remake the burrito which I should have accepted just to throw directly in the trash.I wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me.

Terrible food. Terrible service. Highly do NOT recommend. The manager argued with my husband that our “hot food” was not ice cold and refused to give us something else. Arguing with a customer is unacceptable especially when justified.

Lavender Matcha was gorgeous and tasty. Raspberry Creme Cruffin was to die for. Absolutely coming back for another.

Didn't enjoy the food or drinks here. The drink was lukewarm and didn't taste like cookie butter at all. Way too expensive for what it is.

I came here because it was an hour wait at Brownstones. So glad I did! No wait, the best Creme Brule latte I've ever had, and a delicious egg and cheese couissant and perfectly fresh delicious avocado toast! Reasonably priced as well. Hidden gem!!

Food was terrible. Cold and wet. I ordered the breakfast tacos and French toast. Both were ice cold. Then ordered a PB coffee hot and large. The coffee was luke warm and tasted awful. The order was over 50$ for cafe food.

Such a cute small cafe vibe, but unfortunately was disappointed with my experience. Staff is very friendly, but first they messed up one of my drink orders. Then waited 40 minutes for my panini while watching other guests that came after me get their order before me. It wasn’t busy. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they said they were “still working on it”. Finally got my panini after waiting so long and it was cold, you could tell it was either sitting out or they did not fully reheat it.

They were doing a sampling at my office building and the pumpkin spice coffee with almond milk was perfect!! and the pumpkin crumb cake was just the right amount of pumpkin!

It's a great atmosphere and I can understand the appeal at least aesthetically, however, I ordered the rainbow cookie latte and was let down when it tasted like a regular latte. When I finished the drink, I was met with granules of coffee beans and a faint rainbow cookie tasting foam. It would have been tastier if it was properly mixed (and didn't cost $6). My husband ordered the peanut butter latte (or something along those lines) which was very good as well as a chocolate chip muffin. Overall, it's not bad but very pricey and inconsistent in their product.

Plenty of parking and never crazy busy. This coffee shop has friendly service and an inviting atmosphere, plus free WiFi and the music isn’t loud and overbearing like most Starbucks locations these days.A nice spot to sip on a beverage and enjoy the vibe. Lots of windows and plenty of sunlight. If you get cold just sit at one of the tables in line of direct sunlight.

n my visit to Amityville, I decided to grab brunch at New York Beanery. I went for their avocado fusion toast with a sunny-side-up egg and their seasonal caramel apple latte. Unfortunately, I had to wait for a whopping 20 minutes, even though the place wasn’t full, before my food and drink arrived. To make matters worse, they forgot my whipped cream, so I had to ask for that separately. The coffee was a letdown, especially towards the end because they didn’t mix it properly, making the syrup way too strong and sweet. The avocado toast tasted great, but it was nearly impossible to eat with plastic utensils. Overall, it wasn’t the enjoyable experience I was hoping for.

My go to place before work. Smorgasbord of options and flavors. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty as is the tea and coffee.

The staff is very kind, friendly, helpful and always service with a smile. Coffee is great and the avocado toast is delicious. Been here twice but will now make this one of my regular spots. The one downside is there is not a lot of parking and is shared with an auto mechanic's building. Still worth it though!
