One of the best wedding vendors we worked with was Chef Mike at Pure Sugar Inc. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and made all of our wedding cake dreams come true!!! Our fire department hose company needed a special commemorative cake for our 100th anniversary dinner. The cake required a specific picture to be printed as a decoration. Mike had us come to his bakery and he gave us a full explanation of how he would carefully and patiently accomplish our needs. Amazing experience with our wedding cake! Mike was super understanding and open to the ideas we had and made everything run smoothly! The tasting was beyond anything I could have imagined, especially since I used to work at a well known bakery: I had high expectations.
