One of my favorite coffee shops around! Truly amazing seasonal drinks. Many of the syrups are made in house. The espresso is strong enough to stand up to the other flavors. Matcha lattes are also good, but are occasionally ever so slightly milky. However the quality of the matcha is still high enough that it doesn't dissuade me.
Its very small and usually really crowded, waited over 30 minutes for one drink and one sandwich. Cute but they dont stock up on the viral stuff they show on insta well so most of it is usually sold out.
I have visited NY Beanery many times over the past few years. It has never been “ I can’t wait to go back” great. The coffee was just OK, the staff never really seemed like they were happy or enjoyed what they were doing. I have continued to stop in over the years because they are local and I’m always willing to give another shot. My daughter wanted a cold drink and a treat the other day so we stopped by again. Glad we did—- I definitely noticed an improvement. I ordered...
