My brother and I were craving a real bagel so we set out to try finding a nice place and grab a half dozen. He remembered “ Poppy’s bagels”. The staff were very nice and attentive. It’s a nice cozy place and well cared for. Clean and we definitely will be new customers of theirs. The bagels were delicious and fresh, even stopping at 1:30 in the afternoon. I was very impressed. Great job and wish you great continued success in Amityville.

I went there for bagel this morning and was disappointed in the customer service. Woman started taking my order then decided to go have a conversation with someone that just walked in then had to be reminded I was waiting. Then she took money while wearing gloves for food and asked what I wanted AGAIN then went to go back to my order. I asked her if she can change her glove before handling my food since she took money with it and she got offended and said they don’t need...read full review
