Anyone familiar with Starbucks like I am will tell you they have very good service. But this location raised a small awareness I wish to share with everyone. I went in there to buy a strawberry fruit drink that an attendant made for me. After I saw her scoop a full cup of ice I then asked for NO ICE. The atendant indicated no ice will be $1.00 more. Keep giving this starbucks more chances than they deserve. Haven't had a good drink from here in over 2 years. I've dumped out terrible iced coffee and dumped out watered down hot coffee. Will no longer be getting coffee from here as I shop. Only positive is one of the baristas has always been nice.
